Hi! I'm Ama Eshe a Pan-Afrikan moniker that I adopted  over thirty years ago to reflect my proud African ancestry.  I started out as a musician, singing, teaching gospel choirs and releasing music, thirty years later I'm a bit more 'woo-woo' than worship, and I'm the family medicine woman. The last and beloved baby girl of hard-working Windrush parents raised to be a good, upstanding member of society, I did all the things they say you're supposed to do in 'the right order' but after decades of self doubt, self sabotage, self erasure, denial and suppression left me unfulfilled, bitter, broke and broken I finally dared to begin to believe in myself,  to love and truly honour my life, my lineage and all experiences for what they taught me. It was at this point, everything shifted.

In my mid-forties, the work of stripping back the layers of parental, societal, religious and cultural conditioning began, to examine and pick through the wreckage and decide what to lovingly release.  This deconstruction/reconstruction process remains ongoing but when I allowed myself the time to just 'be' without labels, titles or accolades at the forefront, my intuitive gifts began to open up. 

Others began to benefit from the insights of wisdom I could share and later on, from my access to numerous supernatural tools to bring them answers.  Then came the time to publicly bring my offerings to the world, putting my experiences of classical music training, teacher training, home education, over twenty-seven years of marriage and being a mother to seven beautiful young people to good use. Yes, I love abundantly and abundance always finds me!
